HANOI, Vietnam (Feb. 11, 2019) -- Vietnam Airlines officially launched a new version of the airline’s mobile application on February 5, to support passengers and improve their customer experience.
The latest version of the app showcases a modernised and simplified interface, with updates to match the standard of major airlines around the world. Vietnam Airlines has also focused on improving features to support the maximum number of passengers.
Through the Vietnam Airlines app, passengers can quickly search for flights, book tickets, find convenient itineraries and purchase additional services for their trip.
Passengers can also save time at the terminal by using self-check-in on the app prior to boarding. The app also displays the boarding pass, saving paper and increasing convenience for travellers. A new notification feature helps guests get the latest updates on flight schedules.
To celebrate this update, Vietnam Airlines is offering a 15% discount on domestic travel prices for the first 25,000 users who download the application.
For members of the Golden Lotus card, the application features updated information on their Golden Lotus account. They will also receive reward tickets online, be able to submit requests for miles, buy or transfer reward miles.
Passengers can download the application for free on their personal mobile device via the App Store, Play Store or Window Phone Store.
